The pool area is excellent, nestled beneath towering limestone cliffs. The close proximity to Phra Nang Beach makes it easy to enjoy the sun and sand.
Rooms have abysmally weak shower heads that spray like a broken sprinkler. Drinking water is scarce, forcing you to buy more on your own. The beds are hard that kind of sleeping experience. Communication from the room is limited-you need to hike to reception for any requests.

We had a really really nice stay for a further 2 nights.
We booked it before and can recommend it to everyone. The hotel was a nice comfy base for enjoying a lovely area, very close to East railay and pier in Ao Nang town and mountain. The location of the venue was particularly good - not very far from Tham Phra Nang. View on the mountains was STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL, the room was decent sized and brand-new. There were an electric kettle and a refrigerator.

What's great and what's not
The pool area is fine, nestled beneath towering limestone cliffs. Breakfast includes freshly prepared omelets and a good buffet for a budget-friendly price.
The walk to the nearest beach can feel lengthy, and certain rooms may lack modernity, presenting some discomfort .

Great dishes, central location in common areas on the property. Based not far from the restaurant with the cabaret, and the Railay East floating pier.
Very unfriendly staff!

Absolutely loved the Chinese dishes we tried! The sweet and sour chicken was perfectly crispy, and the dumplings were bursting with flavor. Plus, the pool area is fine, nestled under those epic limestone cliffs-it was a perfect chill spot after a day exploring Railay Beach.
Unfortunately, we had a little hiccup with cleaning and maintenance. We found some droppings in the bathroom on arrival, which they attempted to address, but it felt a bit lackluster. I showed them the photos, but the clean-up could've been more thorough, leaving me with some lingering doubts.

It was as expected, had a really nice stay for that service. Location: the hotel was next to Railay beaches, jungle and restaurants. Barbecue The Heart Restaurant was located 5 minutes walk away. The room was cheap and had open bathroom plus an electric kettle and fridges. The breakfast was delicious, also for a good value, and the staff were eager to help.

Fairly cheap price.
Dirty room, dirty bed linen, old torn towels, filthy bathroom, cockroaches in bathroom.

This was just an appropriate option for a short visit in Railay Beach with excellent value for money. Enjoyed having breakfast in the cozy restaurant with friendly service every morning. Make sure to bring your own drinking water to avoid extra charges.

You get a decent room at a good price.
The shower/tub had two water options: scalding hot or freezing cold. The a/c is noisy and leaks a lot of water. Hard beds. Housekeeping's lazy.

Air condotioner was poor and uncooling. The spa was un-operational and we were not notified about it before booking the room. The restaurant was dirty and the breakfast was disappointing

Beds were good and big. Laundry service excellent.
Shower was not working properly and there was warm water coming only occassionally. The main door was so poor that mosquitoes could flew in. Breakfast could have been better.
